Data protection

Declaration on the duty to inform

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process them exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In our data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website!

Contact with us

If you would like to contact us by e-mail (hello@plattform.digital), we will store the data you provide for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in the event of follow-up questions. In the case of a business relationship, we store the data after fulfillment of the contract in accordance with the statutory retention obligation. Of course, we will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our
website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These make it possible to automatically recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you
do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of
our website may be restricted.

Web analysis

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). The use includes the “Universal Analytics” operating mode. This
makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus analyze the activities of users across devices.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information
to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is § 15 para. 3 TMG or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month. You can find more information on
terms of use and data protection at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when you visit this website. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting data across different devices, you must opt out on all systems used.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way
, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
